I am satisfied with my purchase. The instructions that came in the box were for a different model, but I was able to muddle through it (hence 4 stars, not 5). To make this fit on your USP, there is a little round screw just above the laser/light toggle switch. You have to loosen it, then push it in. This will cause the rail on the other side to widen, allowing it to fit the USP rail. Easy to aim the laser. It seemed to hold true after about 200 rounds. A tool is included to adjust windage / elevation. Out of the box, the laser is WAY off center. You definitely want to spend some time zeroing it in before you rely on it. The laser is fairly bright and easy to see. I would like for it to be a tad bigger, but I suppose the current setup was a compromise between weight and utility. Flashlight is bright enough to temporarily blind an intruder, and provides decent illumination in a pitch black room.

Good engineering with the laser as close to the barrel as possible (some other combos have the flashlight closer to the barrel than the laser). Laser very easy to see in daylight. Very bright flashlight. The multifunction switch is is easy to use.
