You cant find a more reliable, accurate handgun anywhere. I carry the usp 45 on duty and this is not a self defense weapon this a hard core OFFENSIVE weapon. If you are serious about your families well being and your own you will be on the offense not the defense.

I have owned a USP since the first 9mm was released in the early 90''s. Then they released the 40 and I traded up. Then, I finally purchased the 45 in 2008. This firearm ]in any caliber[ is absolutely the best field weapon I have ever owned. It has never jammed, there is little kick, and the sighting is great. I will never purchase another pistol, unless HK makes a semi-auto .50.

The H&K USP is by far the most superior hand gun I have ever owned or shot, in the past I have personally owned a Beretta 92, Taurus 1911, Glock 17 9mm, Para Ordnance P14, and I have shot Springfield 1911s, Kimber 1911s various other Glocks and Sigs. After I shot my USP I decided to sell all my other hand guns and I have not missed them at all, the USP has surgical accuracy, the recoil remains controlled and on point, it has never jammed or given me a hint of problems. I used my USP to train somebody who has never shot a gun before in their life and by the end of the night they had acquired decent accuracy even for a beginner. If you''re looking for a serious handgun that you can carry into any situation in just about any environment and that you can depend your life on buy the USP. If you''re looking for a pretty pistol that you can pose with, buy an over priced 1911.

H&K... God''s Gun... The H&K USP.45, Full Size is the sweetest hand gun I''ve ever shot! Hands Down! The combonation of little recoil and the light single action trigger makes this gun awesome! I ended up buying the compact about 10yrs. ago for a carry gun and was a little disappointed in the recoil ]wich was exspected[. I still love it. But the full size is the sweetest! I''ve been tempted lately to buy a full size! If you want the power of a .45, and the enjoyment of shooting a .22, buy the H&K USP .45 Full Size!

I AM ABSOLTUELY IMPRESSED WITH THE FULLSIZE USP .45. I CAN CARRY ONE LESS CLIP AND STILL HAVE THE ROUNDS. THE SAFETY FEATURE LOCKING THE MAG/SLIDE I LOVE IT AND TRUST IT WITH A 3 YR OLD ROAMING AROUND. NICE FIT AND FEEL WITH A MILD RECOIL WITH +P+ AMMO. GOOD JOB HK
