This great product has been discontinued by Kleenbore, which does not please me in the least. I''''m glad to have found it at Midwest Hunters Outlet! The adapter fits Kleenbore 3-38 threaded rods and allows the use of 5-40 brushes made by other manufacturers. That''''s probably why Kleenbore discontinued it.
